Are your products genuine?
Yes all our products are 100% genuine as you would find on your local high street.
What happens if you're out of stock?
At razors4u.com we endeavour to ensure all items are stocked. However, we do source our products internationally and cannot guarantee their availability at all times. Should this occur we will email you within 12 hours to advise you. You have the option to cancel the order or have the order placed on back order if it is a 'Just Once' order or pause your order if it is a 'Subscription Order' and when the goods become available we will advise you and give you the option to re-order the product. If it is a Subscription order it will automatically ship as we receive more stock.
My order has not arrived what can I do?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. All orders are packed and shipped from Europe and may be subject to customs checks. If you do not receive your order after 10 working days since dispatch (10 for Europe and 20 days for the rest of the world) please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to trace the order.
How can I pay?
Payment is taken via Braintree. All major cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Electron and Pay Pal is also accepted.
Which currencies do you accept?
Our websites allow you to browse and purchase our products in British Pound Sterling & Euro depending on your location.
