The terms and conditions listed below apply to the use of this website, Razors4u.com. By accessing this website and/or placing an order you thereby agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below.

The Website is created, administered and controlled by Razors4u.com and is governed by Jersey Law. In the process of continual improvement and updating products Razors4u.com reserves the right to alter the terms set out below from time to time without giving prior notification. We also reserve the right to alter the design and or the specification of any goods on this website. The contract entered into will be concluded in English.

The website must only be used for lawful purposes. By using the website you thereby agree to comply with all applicable law, statutes and regulations regarding the website and any transactions conducted on or through the website.

You will be required to disclose a certain amount of personal information in order for Razors4u.com to complete your order. This information should be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.

You must not in any circumstances impersonate any other individual or entity or use a false name that you are not authorized to use.

Razors4u.com will not be held responsible for any damage that is caused during the use or misuse of the website or any information contained therein. All the material and information that is provided on the website is intended solely to be used for informational purposes only. Statements and products are in no way intended to be used to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any condition or disease. Please always consult your local practitioner regarding the suggestions and recommendations made at Razors4u.com.

All items shown on Razors4u.com are offered in good faith however; occasionally due to reasons beyond our control we may not be able to fulfil your order. Therefore a sale agreement will only exist between yourself and razors4u.com when you receive an email confirming your order has been shipped.

You may not misuse this website in any way or print or download any extracts from the website. The copyright of all material on this website belongs to Razors4u.com or our licensors.

Shipping & Delivery

Your products will be dispatched within one working day of placing the order.

For all UK orders please allow 3-7 working days from date of shipping until you receive your item. Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item. All items destined for UK addresses are delivered via Royal Mail.

For Scandinavian orders please allow 2-3 working days and for all other orders to Western Europe please allow 6-12 working days.

For the rest of the world please allow up to 20 working days from the day of the order as on occasion delays can occur.

Returns & Exchange

At Razors4u.com we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products they buy from our website. However, there may be instances when you need to return a product to us. We accept returns with no questions asked as long as we receive the item/s in original condition within 14 days of you receiving them. We will refund the full amount paid for the item and we will also refund the delivery charge you paid if you used standard delivery however, you must pay the cost of returning the item to us. And we recommend you get adequate cover for loss in transit.

We will email you to confirm we have received your return and process a refund within 24 hours of receiving it.

Exchange: If you would like to exchange an item please follow the above procedure and order the replacement item through the site in the usual way.

Faulty: All goods must be examined on receipt and if faulty or damaged please let us know by emailing support@razors4u.com or telephone +44 (0) 1534 735246 during office hours Mon-Friday 10am - 4pm.

Your Order with Us

You are deemed to order from us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors.

Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the order. We may choose not to accept an order when:

a. The goods are not available.
b. We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
c. There has been a pricing or product description error.

Whilst delivery dates are given in good faith, no responsibility can be accepted for strikes, accidents or delays in transit.

Goods supplied shall be the customer's risk immediately on delivery. Title to the goods shall pass to the customer when payment in full has been made.

Subscribe and Shave

Only select Razor Blades are eligible and will qualify for Subscribe & Shave benefits. To see a full list of Subscribe and Shave Razor Blades, visit Subscribe & Shave. We may from time to time, at our sole discretion, add or remove an item from Subscribe & Shave.

You must have a Razors4u.com account to register for a subscription and purchase Razor Blades through Subscribe & Shave. We reserve the right to accept or refuse subscription orders at our sole discretion. Your subscription is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your subscription or any of the benefits associated with Subscribe & Shave to any third party.

If any Subscribe & Shave item is not available on the day it is scheduled to be dispatched, we will notify you of the delay, and we will attempt to fulfil the order within a 2 week period. If the item does not become available during that two-week period, we will notify you that the order has been cancelled. Your payment will be refunded for that order and we will attempt to send the next scheduled order on time and start taking payments again.

If any Subscribe & Shave Item is no longer available, we will automatically cancel your subscription and advise you of this, and no additional orders associated with that subscription will be placed. If any suitable replacement exists, you will need to create a new Subscribe & Shave subscription order for that item.

If any problems arise with your delivery address, Razors4u.com account, or payment method, that we are unable to address, we will notify you via e-mail using the e-mail address associated with your subscription account. In such cases, your Subscribe & Shave subscription will be automatically paused and no additional Subscribe & Shave orders will be processed or dispatched until you resolve the problem and reactivate your subscription.

All returns under Subscribe & Shave are subject to the Razors4u.com Returns policy. Subscriptions are good while supplies last or until the Subscribe & Shave discount on a particular product is cancelled. Subscribe & Shave Subscriptions are void where prohibited.

The total cost charged to your payment card for each Subscribe & Shave order will be the current product price of the item on the day your live subscription orders are processed, prices may vary from the original price you paid. Less any applicable Subscribe & Shave discounts.

The charge for each Subscribe & Shave order will be charged to the payment card used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Subscribe & Shave order with the payment card you used to create your subscription, we will contact you to notify you of this and ask that you update your card details so we can process your Subscription order.

Your subscription will remain in effect until it is cancelled. If you cancel your Subscription and then reactivate it, the discount applied to any Subscribe & Shave item may not be the same discount in effect at the time of cancellation. From time to time Razors4u will run specials, discount percentages or monetary amounts off, these cannot be applied to a running Subscription.

We may at our discretion change these Terms, the Subscribe & Shave programme, Razors4u.com's general Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice from time to time without notice to you. If any change is found invalid, void, or for any reasons unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED SUBSCRIPTION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.

We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been dispatched to you. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

Pricing

As razor blades are commodity items prices may fluctuate from time to time, however we will endeavour to offer the best possible price at all times.

Whilst we endeavour to keep our product prices correct, errors can still occur. If a price error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible before we cancel and refund your order. You will then be invited to order the product again at the correct price.

Discount Codes

From time to time we will issue discount codes. We have a discount code box situated at checkout where codes are to be entered. You may only use one discount code with each order. Please take care when entering codes as they are case and space sensitive. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code to the basket.

Razors4u.com allow you to use discount codes strictly on the terms and conditions upon which they were issued which, amongst other things, may include terms relating to your eligibility to use them and a minimum order value. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with these terms and conditions before you place an order as we reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged. If there is any inconsistency between the terms and conditions upon which the discount codes were issued and these terms and conditions, the discount code terms and conditions prevail.

VAT/GST Sales Tax

If your delivery address is within the United Kingdom or the Channel Islands, no additional taxes will be payable. Orders delivered outside of the United Kingdom or the Channel Islands may be subject to import duties and/or sales taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
